½ cup unsweetened natural Greek yogurt
½ tsp ginger powder or fresh grated
½ tsp turmeric powder or fresh grated
½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt

In a small bowl put the ingredients in the same order, stir well and add to the salad.
