1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (150 gr)½ cup fat-free unsweetened plain Greek yogurt (100 gr)¾ cup of water or to taste1 tbsp flaxseeds1 tbsp stevia powder or to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
