1 cucumber half peeled
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 green apple, cored
1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
dash of lime juice, optional
1 cup cold water
stevia powder to taste

In a powerful blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more cold water if necessary to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.
