240 g plain unsweetened fat-free Greek yogurt
10 ml lemon juice
1 pinch sea salt
pepper to taste (optional)

In a small container pour the lemon juice and salt. Stir until the salt dissolves.
In a small bowl, add the yogurt and gradually pour in the lemon juice, stirring to incorporate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. When serving, stir and sprinkle a little pepper.

Use this cream for your meat, chicken, fajitas or dip recipes.
