SPINACH BEET SALAD

2 cups baby spinach
1 cup sliced cooked beet
1 chopped green onion
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp non fat plain greek yogurt unsweetened
little olive oil
lemon juice or vinegar
pinch of sea salt
ground pepper

In a serving bowl place the spinach, beet and chives, mix well, add the yogurt and dress with a pinch of salt, olive oil, lemon juice and pepper to taste. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
