¾ cup (180 gr app)

170 gr homemade tomato sauce

1 tbsp stevia powder or to taste

½ tbsp vinegar

¼ tsp paprika

1/8 tsp ground cloves

1/8 tsp mustard powder

Put the tomato sauce in a pot to heat, add the vinegar, paprika, cloves, mustard and stevia. Stir to combine, leave a few minutes and remove from heat. Grind with an immersion blender.

Refrigerated ketchup can last 7-10 days.

Per serving: 1 tbsp  14 gr aprox
