BRUSSEL SPROUT SOUP

Pinch of olive oil
750 ml of water
500 gr brussels sprouts quartered
½ diced onion
Pinch of sea salt
pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a pot, add the onion and sauté a few minutes. Add the brussels and brown for a little while.

Add the water and cook about 15 minutes. Blend with a processor. Season with salt and pepper.
