200 g raw salmon without skin

40 g finely chopped onion

1 tbsp capers

½ tbsp chopped cilantro

juice of ½ lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tsp sea salt

 

Cut the salmon into cubes and put it in a bowl. Add the onion, capers, cilantro. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil, coconut aminos and salt. Stir and serve on a bed of lettuce.
