WEEKLY WEIGHT REPORT

1. The day you start your plan, you must register your weight in the “Day 1” field located in the WEIGHT SECTION of your account. The ideal is to always weigh yourself with the same scale and at the same time.

2. You must record your weight in this section each week on the assigned dates. After submission you will need to evaluate your week as ACHIEVED or NOT ACHIEVED. You will find the evaluation parameters in the weight section of your account.

3. If you were not able to enter your weight on the assigned date, you can do so in the following 6 days. Once the week is over, it will be marked as NOT REPORTED. You will only be able to enter the weight in a week marked as NOT REPORTED by contacting your coach.

YOUR COACH
To help you through your process you are supported by a team of coaches who will be available to answer all your questions. You can contact your coach in the section of your account that says CONTACT COACH.
The maximum response time for coaches is 24 hours. So if you haven't received a response within that time, please check your spam or junk mail. To prevent messages from coaches from going to your spam folder, you can add the address alumnos@codigopetaccia.com to your contact list.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE CONSTANTLY IN TOUCH WITH YOUR COACH TO ASSESS YOUR PROGRESS, MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AND GET THE EXPECTED RESULTS.

YOUR PLAN
You can only eat what is assigned in your plan, its replacements or what is indicated in the recipe section.
Your plan contemplates the calories and macronutrients that you should eat in a day according to your objective, distributed in 5 daily meals.
No item of a meal is optional. You must eat them all because the combination of them in each meal is designed to achieve your goals, meet your macronutrients, achieve metabolic processes and optimal functioning.

Each of your meals is detailed in grams, so you will need a kitchen scale to weigh your portions.
The grams column in red indicates the exact amount you should eat of each food. It is very important to respect it, for which you need to weigh the food until you get used to your portions. Food items should be weighed already cooked.
If at the beginning of your plan you feel that the portions of a meal are too large for you, proportionally reduce each food item without eliminating any of them, until you adapt to your assigned amounts.

Any questions or changes you would want to make, please contact your coach before making decisions that may affect your final result.
If for any extraordinary reason you cannot follow your plan, make sure you do it only for one meal. NOT ALL DAY. ONLY ONE MEAL. And then you resume your plan normally.
