The following schedules are examples and you can adjust and modify them according to your convenience, respecting the fasting and feeding hours of your plan.

Snack: 17.00 hrs

Desayuno: 9.00 hrs.

Lunch: 14.00 hrs.
Snack: liquids assigned with no schedule.

Dinner: 19.00 hrs.

wednesday 20:4 (or 18:6)

Breakfast: liquids assigned with no schedule.
Snack: liquids assigned with no schedule.

Lunch: 15.30hrs ( from 13.30 in case of not tolerating 20 hours)
Snack: liquids assigned without schedule or food assigned if applicable.

Dinner: 19.00 hrs ending food consumption by 20.00 hrs.

Thursday 16:8 (or 18:6)

Breakfast: liquids assigned with no schedule.
Snack: liquids assigned with no schedule.

Lunch: 11.30 am (modify to 1.30 pm if you can tolerate 18 hours of fasting or if it better suits you)
Snack: 17.00 hrs.

Dinner: 19.00 hrs (modify until 21.00 hrs if you did 18 hours of fasting)
