Celery sticks
Sliced cucumbers, with skin
Thin strips of red and / or yellow pepper
Mushrooms, whole or halved
Cherry tomatoes
Garlic sauce
Cilantro sauce or guacamole
Chickpea humus

Place everything on a round snack tray. On the center place 3 small bowls with the sauces. Enjoy!
