20 ml lemon juice

1 tsp stevia powder or to taste

1 lemon wedge

In a cocktail shaker, pour the lemon juice, stevia, rum essence and crushed ice. Shake it well and serve in a wide-mouthed glass, decorated with the lemon wedge.
