2 cups arugula
1 cup bean sprouts
½ peach cut into slices
1 tbsp olive oil
balsamic vinegar to taste
1 tsp sea salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds

Mix the arugula and bean sprouts in a salad bowl. Top with sliced peaches. Dress with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
