1 tsp stevia powder or to taste

sprigs of spearmint (or mint)

30 ml lemon juice

1 - 2 tsp rum essence or to taste

½ lemon sliced or quartered

soda water

In a glass put the stevia at the bottom. Pour in the lemon juice and stir with a spoon or mortar. Now place several spearmint leaves and press it with the mortar to release flavor, but without crushing it because it gets bitter.

Add the lemon slices and press a little with the mortar to release the juice. Add the essence of rum, ice until full and fill with the water.

Garnish with a sprig of mint, a lemon wedge and serve with a light bulb.
