Política de devolución y reembolso

Al ser un servicio digital, no hay derecho a devolución una vez que haya recibido el plan en su cuenta. Solo haremos devoluciones en el periodo comprendido entre el envío del formulario y la entrega del plan, excepto en planes de membresía donde no hay reembolsos. 

Después de pagar su plan, tiene 30 días para completar su formulario (excepto en los casos de membresía donde debe completarse el mismo día de la compra). Pasado ese plazo, si no ha enviado su formulario, su plan caduca sin derecho a devolución.

Si ya completó su formulario y recibió su plan, tiene 30 días para dar inicio a su plan. Una vez transcurrido ese plazo, su plan se activa automáticamente y comienzan a transcurrir las semanas de éste.

Puede congelar su plan sólo una vez por un período máximo de 4 semanas mediante su coach. Una vez transcurrido el plazo de congelado, su plan se reactivará automáticamente y las semanas seguirán transcurriendo hasta el final del mismo sin derecho a devolución.

En los casos de membresía, podrá cancelar su membresía en línea después de 4 períodos de pago a través de su cuenta o escribiendo a su coach.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

As a digital service, there is no right to a refund once you have received the plan in your account.We will only issue refunds in the period between the submission of the form and the fulfillment of the plan except in membership plans where there are no refunds. 

After paying for your plan, you have 30 days to complete your form (except in cases of membership where the form must be completed on the purchase date). After that period, if you have not sent your form, your plan expires without the right to a refund.

If you have already completed your form and received your plan, you have 30 days to start your plan. Once that period has elapsed, your plan is automatically activated and the weeks of it begin to elapse.

You can freeze your plan only once for a maximum period of 4 weeks through your Coach. Once the frozen period has elapsed, your plan will be automatically reactivated and the weeks will continue to elapse until the end of the plan without the right to a refund.

In cases of membership, you will be able to cancel your membership online after 4 payment periods through your account or by writing to your coach.
