CPAD ADVANCED FASTING INSTRUCTIONS
Introduce your brand, products and vision statement and welcome customers to your store.
1. Fasting Module 16:8
You already know this fasting format and it is very important
to avoid cheating on your plan to prepare for the advanced and carnivore days.
2. Carnivore Module
The carnivore module has breakfast, lunch and dinner. The caloric intake of these days is lower but meets your nutritional requirements and macros necessary for your proper functioning, inflammation reduction and fat oxidation.
If you feel hungry between meals please contact your coach. DO NOT confuse hunger with thirst or anxiety.
3. Fasting Module 20:4
It contemplates a 4-hour feeding window and a 20-hour fasting window. Even if you don't feel hungry, you should stick to the macronutrients designated for you.
If you feel that the portions are too large for you, please contact your coach. If 20 hrs is too difficult for you at first, you can start with 18 hrs and progressively increase to 20 hrs or stay at 18 hrs.
planning and sample schedule
Plan your week in advance since to arrange the schedule of the next day, you will have to organize the time of your dinner the day before.
If fasting set hours in a 16:8 module do not adapt to your daily rutine, you
can extend the fast of the days from 16 hours of fasting to 18 hours of fasting to accommodate you. Example: if fulfilling your fasting hours it corresponds you to have lunch at 11 am, you can move it to midday or 1 pm (If you tolerate it well and siuts you better)
You must be meticulous in the hours and meals of this plan in order not to catabolize and achieve the metabolic processes we are looking for.
To help you understand this, here is an example of the schedules you can follow if you keep the standard order of days.

weekly weight report
Overline text

1. The day you start your plan, you must register it in the weight section of your account where it says Day 1. Ideally, you should always weigh yourself at the same time and in the same scale. You can also record your measurements in the chart below to share with your coach.

2. You must re-record your weight in this section each week on the assigned date. Then send the record and evaluate your week as ACHIEVED or NOT ACHIEVED. For the above, in this plan, we suggest evaluating progress of measurements in addition to weight.

3. If you were not able to enter your weight on the assigned date, you can do so in the following 6 days. Once the week is over, it will be marked as NOT REPORTED. You will only be able to enter the weight in a week marked as NOT REPORTED by contacting your coach.
measurement chart
The ideal is to take your measurements as a reference. Arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs. In this plan we are looking for definition and fat oxidation so the result will not always be reflected in weight, but in your size and muscle definition. Send this data to your coach at alumnos@codigopetaccia.com once a week or every other week to evaluate your progress.
your COACH
To help you through your process you are supported by a team of coaches who will be available to answer all your questions. You can contact your coach in the section of your account that says CONTACT COACH.
The maximum response time for coaches is 24 hours. So if you haven't received a response within that time, please check your spam or junk mail. To prevent messages from coaches from going to your spam folder, you can add the address alumnos@codigopetaccia.com to your contact list.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE CONSTANTLY IN TOUCH WITH YOUR COACH TO ASSESS YOUR PROGRESS, MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AND GET THE EXPECTED RESULTS.
